About the Space:
This nicely updated, 1 bedroom/1 bathroom property is the perfect place to enjoy all there is to love about Mammoth Lakes. The property is walking distance to Canyon Lodge and the free town shuttle – allowing you to access all the great activities Mammoth has to offer right from the front door!
This property is a nice sized, 897 sq. ft. condo, comfortably sleeping 4 people. The living room offers a modernized mountain space, with comfortable leather couches, wood furnishings, TV w/ smart features and an ambient gas burning fireplace. Off the living area is a private deck, with seating area overlooking the pool and pine trees. The kitchen has newer cabinetry, solid stone countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The full kitchen comes fully stocked to prepare a delicious meal. There is a dining table off the kitchen with seating for 4, and bar seating at the kitchen countertop for 2. Off from the dining area is a nook/sleeping area with two twin bunk beds.
The bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, TV w/ smart features, and ample dresser/closet space. The room has a nice bright window with pool view. There are blackout curtains for privacy. Directly outside the bedroom is the full bathroom. There’s a large vanity with solid stone countertops and remodeled walk-in shower.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens, towels, 3 in 1 soap (shampoo, body, bath), conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, and trash bags.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at St. Anton. There are two jacuzzis, swimming pool (seasonal), parking for 1 car, community BBQs (seasonal), onsite laundry, and rec. room w/ pool table.
There is 1 assigned parking space in the garage, parking passes provided and must be displayed in the vehicles at all times during your stay.
Guests have access to a ski locker at Canyon Lodge.

Other Details to Note:
This area is very popular during the winter. Street parking on the roads is not allowed in winter months from November to April 30th.
