Alex Dawoud
Alex is originally from the East Coast but moved to Mammoth at fifteen years old to pursue his talent for snowboarding. He and his family relocated to California and immediately fell in love with all that Mammoth has to offer. Alex has spent the last fifteen years in hospitality and property management and is well-established in the community. He works extremely hard to ensure that his business runs smoothly and is actively involved in day-to-day operations. In his free time, Alex enjoys spending time outdoors, road biking in the summer, and snowmobiling in the winter.
Rose Martin

She grew up a competitive ski-racer for Mammoth Mountain and as a result has traveled to many resort towns, giving her knowledge and experience of traveling, renting homes, and all that comes with it. Being from the area, she’s well acquainted with local attractions, activities, and resources. Rose enjoys flyfishing, hiking, and photography.
Noah Stevens
Operations Manager
noah@mammothvacationrealsinc.comNoah is home-grown, being raised just south of Mammoth, in Bishop, CA. He worked at Mammoth Mountain Ski Area for many years before transitioning into property management. He is kind, friendly, and always willing to lend a helping hand. Noah is an avid fly fisherman, golfer, and skier. He’s an incredible asset to our team, bringing a positive attitude and lightheartedness to every day.
Jimmy Greenleaf
Quality Control and Maintenance Specialist
Jimmy was born and raised in Mammoth Lakes. An avid outdoorsman, he participates in a number of winter and summer activities including, backcountry skiing, ice-skating, and disc golfing. His attention to detail and upbeat personality makes him the perfect person to ensure the properties are in tip-top condition for guest arrival.
