About the Space:
This mountain modern, remodeled condo offers a perfect space to call “home” during your stay in Mammoth. Elevators will take you directly from the garage to level 1, where your condo awaits! The property is walking distance to Eagle Lodge/Chair 15 and the town bike path – allowing you to access all the great activities Mammoth has to offer right from the front door! It is a spacious 1240 sq. ft. open floor plan with living area, dining area and kitchen. Enjoy the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large living room with leather sofa, big TV, wood burning fireplace, and a private, covered, outdoor patio.
Both bedrooms are ensuite with ample closet space – Bedroom 1 offers a king-sized bed; Bedroom 2 offers two queen sized beds. There is a large mud room located by the front door for easy baggage storage, shoes, and/or ski equipment.
We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, firewood, fire starter, and matches. Firewood is located on the covered patio.
You will not find a more perfect home to rent with this proximity to the ski-lifts, underground garage and elevators!

You will have the entire condo to yourself.
The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Aspen Creek. There are 3 jacuzzies, a sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal), in-building laundry room with coin-machine, and trash room.
There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. There is 1 assigned parking space in the garage (height limit 7’1") and overflow parking (readily available in summer) outside the garage. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle at all times and return them upon leaving the condo.
