The property is walking distance (5 minutes) to Canyon Lodge and the free town shuttle – allowing you to access all the great activities (snow sports in the winter, biking/hiking in the summer) Mammoth has to offer right from the front door!
This property is newly upgraded with all the essentials needed to make your next vacation unforgettable! The condo is1000 sq. ft. 1 bedroom + loft with 2 full bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 6 people. The open floor plan with vaulted ceilings feels spacious, with new luxury vinyl flooring throughout. The living room has a new comfortable sectional with sleeper sofa, a flatscreen TV with smart features, an ambient gas fireplace, and a private, covered, outdoor patio. The remodeled kitchen has beautiful solid quartz countertops and new stainless-steel appliances. It comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. There is a private BBQ on the patio stocked with propane.
The bedroom is located on the main floor and has a full over queen bunk bed. There is a TV and closet in the room for clothing storage. There is a full bathroom downstairs, off the bedroom in the hallway, with separate vanity area and tub/shower. Upstairs, the loft offers a king-sized bed, TV, dresser and closet. There is also a dedicated workspace located in the loft (desk and chair). The ensuite bathroom has updated vanity with solid quartz countertops and tub/shower.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, 3 in 1 shampoo/body wash, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges and trash bags.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Chamonix. There is a jacuzzi, sauna, pool (seasonal), laundry room with coin-machine, and a community recreation room with games.
There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. Parking is located directly outside the unit in the common parking area. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle and return them upon leaving the condo.
Guests have access to a ski-locker, in building.
