About the Space:
Enjoy your next vacation in this updated 1 + Loft/2 full bath property at Hidden Valley. The property is a spacious 1151 sq. ft. of living space, comfortably sleeping up to 6 people. This home sits at the top of Hidden Valley - it the closest property in the complex to the Village at Mammoth. Ideally located - just a quick walk to the Village gondola, bike path, restaurants and more! Nestled in the trees, this property has an updated woodsy feel for your mountain getaway.
The open living area feels spacious, with vaulted ceilings and sliding glass doors overlooking the lush pine trees. The home has luxury vinyl flooring throughout, comfortable furnishings, including a queen-sized sleeper sofa, TV with smart features and pellet stove – a great way to wind down after a long day of exploring in Mammoth Lakes! There are two, private, west facing decks with seating and forest views off the living area. There is a nice sized dining table with seating for 6. The updated kitchen comes fully stocked and has ample space to prepare a nice meal!
The primary bedroom is on the main level. It offers a queen-sized bed, flatscreen TV and large dresser and closet for clothing storage. Off the bedroom is an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. The downstairs bathroom has secondary access through the main living area.
Upstairs, the loft offers a generous space with vaulted ceilings, two queen sized beds, and a TV. There is an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower as well as a dresser and walk-in closet for storage space.
There’s a covered oversized front deck with seating area, perfect for enjoying an outdoor meal (in the warmer months) and enjoying the beautiful scenery.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens, towels, 3 in 1 soap (shampoo, body, bath), conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, and trash bags.
This is the perfect space to call “home” for your Mammoth retreat!

Guest Access:
You will have the entire condo to yourselves.
The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Hidden Valley. There are 2 jacuzzis, a sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal), and shared laundry facilities. *Please note - the pool will be closed starting July 23, 2025, for at least 4 weeks.
There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. Park in any open spot in the common parking area. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle at all times during your stay.
