The town bike path and public transportation are a short walk away, making it easy to access any part of the town and resort for skiing, biking, hiking, etc. 

This unit offers easy access with self-check-in, wi-fi, in-unit laundry & parking for 2 cars.

About the space:

Located in the heart of Mammoth, this spacious 2-bed + loft, 3 bath, is a great place to call home during your vacation. This 1856 sq. ft. townhome has an open feel – the main living area is located on the second story and has vaulted ceilings and newly remodeled full kitchen with quartz countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for cooking delicious meal.  The living area has comfortable furnishings, nice dining area, and a wood burning fireplace, perfect for keeping warm on cold winter nights. There is remodeled full bathroom off the main living area, with walk in shower and double vanity. There is an outdoor porch off the main living area with a private BBQ – stocked with free propane.

On the first level are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and laundry. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed with ensuite remodeled bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. There is ample closet space for storing clothes. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed with a closet. The third full bathroom is located in the main hallway, off the second bedroom and has also been remodeled with a tub/shower. The laundry area is located in the entryway. There is a ski closet located in the entryway, perfect for storing all your gear and equipment!

On the third level of the home is a spacious loft. There are two queen beds, and a dresser for clothing storage. There is a small reading nook with a window, offering nice natural light into the loft. 

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, firewood, fire starter & matches. 

You will have everything you need here for a wonderful family vacation!

You will have full access to the entire 3 story townhome.

There are 2 assigned parking spaces permitted for this property. Parking passes are provided and must be displayed in the vehicle at all times during your stay.
