The first floor offers an open floorplan, that comfortably accommodates up to 7 people. Enjoy a comfortable living room with a 65” TV and cozy wood fireplace - perfect for gatherings and relaxation. The couch turns into a full-sized sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. Off the living space are two private porches, idea for stargazing and taking in the crisp mountain air. The remodeled kitchen has granite countertops, new appliances and comes fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal. The dining room table is located off the kitchen and offers seating for 6.
There are two bedrooms located on the second floor. The primary bedroom has vaulted ceilings, providing a bright and spacious feel. It offers a king-sized bed, wardrobe, private deck and easy access to the primary bathroom. The second bedroom also feels spacious with vaulted ceilings – it opens to the living room below and the loft above. Bedroom 2 offers a queen-sized bed, dresser, wardrobe and dedicated workspace. The dedicated workspace has a desk, chair, and lamp. Access to the loft is through bedroom 2, with stairs leading to the 3rd level. The loft is ideal for younger guests, with two single beds, games, and a play area. The loft has a slanted ceiling, so not recommended for taller guests.
The primary bathroom is located upstairs, in the hallway between the primary bedroom and bedroom 2. It offers a nice sized vanity and tub/shower.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hand soap, lotion, hairdryer, toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, firewood, Firestarter & matches.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Sierra Park Villas. There are 2 jacuzzis, a sauna, laundry, pool (seasonal), and community BBQ (seasonal).
There are 2 parking spaces permitted for this property – parking located in common parking area directly in front of the unit.
*Access to decks on first level may not be accessible during winter/spring months depending on amount of snowfall.
Other details to note:
Please store all equipment/gear in the entryway and remove your shoes when entering the home.
Please note the 3rd level loft has a slanted ceiling and parts of it may be too short for some guests.
