About the Space:
This 2 + loft, 2-bathroom, townhome offers a wonderful space to experience a peaceful escape to the mountains. It is a spacious 1554 sq. ft. open floor plan with vaulted ceilings – there is a nice-sized living room, dining area with bar seating, and fully stocked kitchen, equipped with everything needed to cook a nice meal. Off the living area is a private deck with seating area overlooking the picturesque landscape. The deck also provides a private BBQ, stocked with free propane, and free firewood. The living room is bright and inviting with large glass doors, comfortable cabin-style furnishings, TV with smart features, and a wood burning fireplace to keep warm during cold winter months.
The two main bedrooms are located on the first floor. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed overlooking the landscape, TV and ensuite bathroom. There’s a private patio off the primary bedroom allowing for indoor/outdoor access. The primary bedroom also has a large dresser and closet space. The primary bathroom has a nice sized vanity and tub/shower. The second bedroom is located on the opposite side of the hallway downstairs. It has a queen-sized bed, TV, a dresser and closet space. The second bathroom is located off the hallway, with large separate vanity and walk-in shower. In unit laundry is directly outside the second bathroom, between the two bedrooms. The loft is on the third level of the home, upstairs from the main living area. It is a large loft, with two twin sized beds and a full-sized futon bed.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, firewood, fire starter, and matches.
