About the Space:

This 1-bedroom, 1 bath, property offers a light and bright atmosphere, with over 830 sq. ft., vaulted ceilings, and extra windows looking out to the forest and mountains. The home is comfortable, with updated mountain style furnishings and décor.

The living space has a nice open feel. The living room offers a pull-out leather couch, with a pellet stove, to keep warm during the cold winter months. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to prepare a delicious meal and there is a dining room table with bar seating. Off the main living area is a private deck with private BBQ.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed with closet and dressers. There is also a full bathroom in the hallway with a separate vanity and tub/shower. Across from the vanity is private, in-unit laundry.

In the hallway, off the main bedroom are two single over single bunk beds.

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, and pellets.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Snowcreek - there is one jacuzzi and a sauna.

There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. The parking spaces are located in any open space in the community parking area. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle.
