Welcome to this updated, sunny and warm property in Snowcreek V - the stunning mountain views provide the perfect backdrop for your next mountain getaway! Ideally located with close access to hiking trails, free town shuttle, public ice rink, gym, and more, all of Mammoth’s activities are readily available from your front door!
This top floor property is a spacious 1474 sq. ft. that comfortably sleeps 8 people. The open living area, dining area, and kitchen has comfortable furnishings and LVP flooring throughout. The south facing living room is receives plenty of natural light from all the windows, and gorgeous views of the Sherwin Mountain range. The living room has a large sectional sofa, upgraded TV with Smart features, and an ambient gas fireplace. The remodeled kitchen has solid stone countertops and updated stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed to cook a delicious meal. The dining comfortably seats 6 and there is bar seating for 4 in the kitchen. Off the dining area is a sliding glass door, opening to the private deck – perfect for soaking in the beautiful scenery and fresh mountain air.
The two downstairs bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the condo, allowing for extra privacy. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized, TV, abundant dressers/closet space for clothing storage and an ensuite bathroom. The primary bathroom has a double vanity and tub/shower. The second bedroom offers queen size bed, TV, and dresser/closet space. The second bathroom is located between the main living area and bedroom 2. The second bathroom offers a large vanity and walk-in shower. In the hallway is a private in-unit laundry room. Upstairs, the loft offers a full over queen-sized bunk bed with a twin trundle. The loft has an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower and closet space for clothing storage.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, 3 in 1 shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, and laundry detergent.

There is one HOA jacuzzi available to all guests staying at Snowcreek V.
There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. Guests may park in any open space in the parking area directly outside of the home. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle at all times during your stay.
Other details to note:
Please take your shoes off in the home. You may store all gear and equipment in the storage area at the top of the stairs.
*This property does NOT include free access to the Snowcreek golf course (seasonal) and/or athletic club. Day passes for both are available for purchase.
