About the Space:

This spacious, pet-friendly, 1 + loft, 2 full bath, upstairs unit offers a wonderful space for you and your family, with approx.1000 sq. ft. of comfortable living space. The home has vaulted ceilings and bright windows looking out to a beautiful mountain view. There is a private patio with seating area and a private BBQ. 

The living space has a nice open feel. The living room offers a pull-out couch, with a pellet stove, to keep warm during the cold winter months. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to prepare a delicious meal and there is a dining room table as well as bar seating. In the hallway, there is a desk and chair for a quaint workspace area. 

The primary bedroom is on the main floor, outside the living area, with a king-sized bed and closet. The downstairs full bathroom is shared with the common living space, located in the hallway outside of the bedroom. The bathroom has a separate vanity area, tub/shower and heated floors. Across from the vanity is private, in-unit laundry. Upstairs, in the loft, there is a full/double bed, with dresser and flatscreen TV.  There is an ensuite full bathroom with large vanity area and walk-in shower. 

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, and pellets.

You will love staying in this comfortable home! 

 

Guest Access:

You will have the entire condo to yourselves.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Snowcreek - there is one jacuzzi and a sauna. 

There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. The parking spaces are located in any open space in the community parking area. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle.

Other Details to Note:
As of 6/10/24 the downstairs neighbor is conducting a remodel on their home; construction noises may be heard during the day. Neighbor will respect quiet hours.
