Off the living room is a nice sized private deck with seating area overlooking the 8th hole of the Sierra Star golf course and pine tree forest - a perfect place to take in the starry night sky and fresh mountain air. The deck also provides a built-in, top-of-the-line gas BBQ, available year-round. There is a powder room behind the living room, decorated with skier themed wallpaper.
The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with an expansive 14’ island, high-end GE appliances, and comes fully stocked with all the essentials needed to prepare a culinary delight! The adjoining dining area provides the perfect setting for intimate meals or festive gatherings while immersed in the surrounding forest.
All the bedrooms are beautifully decorated, ensuring your family and guests each enjoy their private sanctuaries.
The primary bedroom is located on the 3rd story of the home. It offers a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, TV with smart features, private deck with seating area and private jacuzzi overlooking the treescape. The primary bathroom is complete with spa like finishes, including: large double vanity, walk-in rain shower, soaking tub and Toto toilet.
Bedroom 2 is located down the hall from the master bedroom, also on the 3rd story of the home. It offers a full over queen-sized bunkbed, TV with smart features and walk-in closet.
Bedroom 3 is located next to bedroom 2, on the 3rd level on the home. It offers a queen-sized bed, closet, and ample dresser space for clothing storage.
In the upstairs hallway, there is a bathroom (shared between bedrooms 2 and 3) with sizable walk-in rain shower and double vanity. There is a closet with in-unit laundry also located in upstairs hallway.
The fourth bedroom is located on the 1st level of the home – it is a second ensuite with king-sized bed, TV, closet, and private patio. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in rain shower.
The private tandem 2 car garage is large enough for parking and to store all of your adventure equipment. There is an EV car charger available for use.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, and laundry detergent.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at The Reserve. There is a gym and rec. room with arcade games, pool table, foosball, and a lounge area. There is a private shuttle to the Village and/or Eagle Lodge.
There are 2 parking spaces permitted for this property. Two SUVs may fit in the garage; if needed there are limited additional spaces for overflow parking.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: there is active construction occurring in this development, expected to be completed in fall 2026.
