About the Space:
Chamonix is a popular condo complex, in a highly desirable location. This updated property has pine wood and granite finishes, offering a true mountain feel for your next vacation in Mammoth Lakes. The property is walking distance (5 minutes) to Canyon Lodge and the free town shuttle allowing you to access all the amazing year-round activities Mammoth has to offer (snow sports in the winter, biking/hiking in the summer), right from the front door!
This sought after floor plan is a 3-level, 1250 sq. ft. townhome with has two ensuite bedrooms, a loft, and 3 full bathrooms comfortably sleeping groups of up to 8 people. The open living area feels bright with vaulted ceilings and updated luxury vinyl flooring throughout. The living room has two couches, a flatscreen TV with smart features and wood burning fireplace. Off the living area is a breakfast nook, with table and additional seating. The fully stocked kitchen comes with everything needed to cook a nice meal. It has solid granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Off the kitchen is a dining table with seating for 4 5 people. There is a south facing private deck, overlooking the pine tree forest and starry night sky.
The two ensuite bedrooms are downstairs, located on the bottom level of the home. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, dresser closet, private deck and ensuite bathroom. The updated primary bathroom has a double vanity and tub/shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed, TV, closet, and ensuite bathroom. Bathroom 2 is also updated with a nice vanity and walk-in shower.
Upstairs, on the third level of the home, the loft offers two sets of twin over double bunk beds and a crib. There is also a chair for seating and TV. Bathroom 3 is located in between the loft and living area it is a full bathroom with walk-in shower.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, hairdryer, toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, firewood, Firestarter matches.

Guest Access:
You will have the entire condo to yourself.
The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Chamonix. There is a jacuzzi, sauna, pool (seasonal), laundry room with coin-machine, and a community recreation room with games.
There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. Parking is located directly outside the unit in the common parking area. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle and return them upon leaving the condo.
Guests have access to a ski-locker, in building.

Other details to note:
Please leave all shoes, skis, gear, and ski boots in the entryway.
This area is very popular during the winter. Street parking on the roads is not allowed in winter months from November to April 30th.
