This upgraded 2-bed + loft, 2 bath, Courchevel townhome is an excellent place to enjoy the beautiful Mammoth Lakes. The property is walking distance to Canyon Lodge and the free town shuttle – allowing you to access all the great activities Mammoth has to offer right from the front door!
This spacious property is a comfortable 1133 sq. ft., 2-story townhome, comfortably sleeping 6 people. The first level of the building/dedicated to this property is a private 2 car garage; big enough to fit 2 vehicles and ski gear/equipment. There are 25 steps from the garage to the front door.
Upon entering the home, you’ll be welcomed to a comfortable living area with vaulted ceilings, gorgeous hardwood floors, and comfortable leather sofas. The living room has a large flatscreen TV and pellet stove to keep warm on cold winter nights. Off the living room is an enclosed private deck, with seating area, overlooking the pine trees. The dining room table has seating for 6, and bar seating for 4. The kitchen comes with everything needed to cook a delicious meal. It has been upgraded with solid stone countertops, refinished cabinets, and stainless-steel appliances.
Off the main living area, is the downstairs bedroom, which offers a twin over double bunk bed, closet, and easy access to the main floor bathroom. The remodeled main level bathroom has quartz vanity and tub/shower.
On the second story of the home are the primary bedroom and loft. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, TV, dresser and closet space for ample clothing storage, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has been remodeled with solid stone vanity and a walk-in shower. Off the primary bedroom is the loft, which offers a nice seating area with TV. The couch in the loft has a queen-sized sleeper sofa.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap, lotion, hairdryer, toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, and pellets. Pellets are located in on the private enclosed deck.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Courchevel. There are two jacuzzis, swimming pool (seasonal), parking for 2 cars (in private garage), community BBQ (seasonal), and onsite laundry.
There are 2 assigned parking spaces in the garage. If your car does not fit in the garage, one car can be parked directly in front of the garage. Parking pass for outdoor vehicle must be displayed at all times during your stay.

This area is very popular during the winter. Street parking on the roads is not allowed in winter months from November to April 30th.
