About the Space:

This 1 bed/1 bath Horizon IV has been tastefully remodeled from top to bottom, providing comfort and luxury for your next getaway. Horizon IV is family friendly - a great location for all! It is centrally located in town - walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, movie theater, bowling, free town shuttle, art galleries, breweries and more.

This 1-bedroom condo has everything you need for your next vacation. The living room has comfortable furniture, with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, pellet stove, and a large flatscreen TV, making winding down after a long day extra enjoyable. The upgraded kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Off the dining room, there is a private patio looking out to the backyard. 

Off the entryway is a set of twin bunk beds, perfect for young children. The bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with closet and drawer space for storage. There is a separate vanity and sink in the bedroom. The bathroom is just off the bedroom, nicely updated with quartz countertops and a new tub/shower.

We also provide all linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, and pellets.

 

Guest Access:

You will have the entire condo to yourselves.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Horizon IV. There is one jacuzzi, a sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal), tennis court and rackets (seasonal) and community coin-op laundry facilities. The rec. room offers community pool/billiards, ping-pong, and arcade games.

There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. The parking spaces are located in any open space in the community parking area. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle.

 

Other details to note:

Please leave all ski equipment in the ski-locker located outside, to the left of the front door.
**During winter months, depending on amount of snow received, some patios/windows may not be accessible.
