About the Space:

This home offers the perfect mountain getaway for your stay in Mammoth. There are amazing views of Mammoth Mountain from the large south-facing deck, bringing plenty of sunshine, warmth, and a serene environment. The elevator makes for convenient access to the property, taking you directly from the garage to level 3, where your condo awaits! The property is walking distance to Canyon Lodge and the free town shuttle – allowing you to access all the great activities Mammoth has to offer right from the front door! 

This property is a spacious 1200 sq. ft. open floor plan with living area, dining area and kitchen. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. The living room has new couches with a queen-sized pull-out sofa, a flatscreen TV, a cozy wood burning fireplace, and a private, covered, outdoor patio. 

This home comfortably sleeps 6 people. Both bedrooms are ensuite with dressers/closet space for clothing storage – Bedroom 1 offers a king-sized bed with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 offers a queen-sized bed with a tub/shower. 

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, firewood, fire starter, and matches. Firewood is located on the covered patio.

This home is perfect for your vacation, given the close proximity to the ski-lifts/bike park, underground garage and elevators!

 

Guest Access:

You will have the entire condo to yourself. 

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at 1849. There is a jacuzzi, sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal), in-building laundry room with coin-machine, and a community recreation room with games.

There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. There are two garages (one has a height limit of 6’6" and the other 6’10”) and overflow parking nearby (for larger vehicles that do not fit in the garages). Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle at all times and return them upon leaving the condo.
